The nature of the manned guarding business dictates that the vast majority of our employees will work remotely from both our head office and indeed other security officers working for the company. Consequently, a risk that we face is that the site-based employees may feel distanced from our organisation and this can result in de-motivation and not feeling an important part of the company.
We believe it to be of great importance that our site-based employees are made to feel integral to the business and that they are kept abreast of not only what is happening within the company in general but also in the lives of their counterparts at other sites. It is for this reason that on a quarterly basis we publish and distribute to all Axis employees our employee newsletter – Axis Direct.
