Front of House / Reception

At the majority of our contracts, our security staff are deployed in the reception area of the building and often at the reception desk itself. Consequently they all possess the relevant customer care skills. However, at an increasing number of contracts, our clients are requesting that we provide a reception service more aligned to a 5 star hotel experience.

Axis Security therefore offers a specialist Receptionist service to compliment our manned guarding function. These receptionists are trained to deliver a hotel style service and indeed the majority of our receptionists are recruited from the hotel industry itself.
