Axis Security acquire Temple Security
We are delighted to announce that today (24th March 2009) we have concluded discussions to acquire Temple Security, a decision that further strengthens the support that we provide to our customers.
Temple has an excellent track record in the manned guarding sector, with high levels of client retention. As well as its core manned guarding offering, Temple also delivers complementary services including front of house / reception teams, post room services, keyholding and mobile patrols.
What this acquisition especially brings however, is a significant strengthening of our back-office infrastructure. This will in turn help to support our management teams in delivering the high standards of service and attention to detail that our customers have come to expect.
Our operational strength will be further enhanced with the addition of two new state-of-the-art NACOSS approved control centres in the north and south of the country and a network of eight regional offices. This will be of interest to those businesses that may wish to work with us at both a City and a regional level. We will also now have access to a niche electronic security capability to complement our existing manned guarding business.
We believe we have found the ideal partner whose skill-sets, client-base and passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service complement and strengthen those already in place within our company.
