Axis Awarded Southbank Centre Contract
Axis Security is delighted to announce we have been awarded a contract to provide manned guarding services to Southbank Centre. The contract comprises of a team of circa 50 personnel protecting the Royal Festival Hall, the Queen Elizabeth Hall, the Hayward Gallery and the surrounding land belonging to Southbank Centre.
The Southbank Centre is one of the world’s leading arts centres, attracting millions of visitors every year and the duties of the security team are as varied as you will find anywhere. This is certainly not a site where there is a risk of the security officers becoming bored.
Upon receiving the news that Axis had been selected as the preferred contractor following a comprehensive tender process, Jonathan Levine – Managing Director commented, “This is a significant award for Axis Security, our management team has considerable expertise in delivering guarding services to this unique sector and we look forward to developing a long and mutually beneficial partnership with Southbank Centre”.
