Established in 1994, Axis Security has grown to become one of the UK’s leading security companies with a network of nine regional offices, a workforce of c.2,500 people, an ACS score of +145 and a turnover of c.£100m.
Axis Security holds accreditations with the SIA, Alcumus SafeContractor, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 22301, is a member of The Institute of Customer Service and is a recognised service provider of the Living Wage Foundation.
People are our most important asset and our strategy is centered around them. As a result, we have developed a People Strategy Framework which will inspire continued success for our business and help us maintain our stance as an award-winning security company. In addition, the People Strategy also sets out the key objectives that will ensure that we remain a good and fair employer.
In March 2020, Axis Group won the UK Customer Satisfaction Award for its 'Employee Engagement Strategy'. The award is in recognition of our People Strategy, which was launched in 2017 and is now the cornerstone of our company ethos and integral to Axis’ ongoing goal to become ‘The Employer of Choice’.
