Axis Security celebrated the achievements of some of its front-line employees on Thursday 28th November at the annual Security Christmas Customer Awards. Awards were presented by: Jonathan Levine, CEO; David Mundell, Managing Director; Richard Jemson, National Operations Director; John Fitzpatrick, London Operations Director and Chiara Di Rienzo, Acuity Director.
We were also delighted to have Luke Fisher from The Institute of Customer Service in attendance who presented Axis with the ServiceMark Accreditation. Thank you to all our customers and employees for your support over the last year.
Customer Service Excellence Award Winner: Khalid Barbary, Security Manager
Well done to Khalid Barbary, who was presented with the Customer Service Excellence Award by Axis CEO, Jonathan Levine. Khalid commented: “I am quite humbled to receive the Customer Service Excellence Award 2019, which was presented to me by our great CEO Mr. Jonathan Levine personally. London Security Team of the Year Winner: Mercury Mall Security Team
National Security Team of the Year Winner: Parkway Shopping Centre Security Team
London Employee of the Year Winner: Shane Pritchard at Yoox Net-A-Porter Group
National Employee of the Year Winner: John Nolan
Acuity-Services Employee of the Year Award went to Diego Cabrero Camara. Chiara Di Rienzo commented: "I am so proud of Diego's many achievements this year - inspired by his authentic passion for customer service."
