Emergency Planning and Business Continuity
Axis Security is proud to have achieved ISO22301 - Business Continuity. The international standard provides a framework to protect against, reduce, and prepare for disruptive incidents when they arise - fire, floods, natural disasters, theft, or terrorist attack. Through our partnership with a communication and notification specialist, we communicate a tailored incident response to clients and site-based teams in times of crisis.
Our Business Continuity and Risk Director is responsible for spearheading client engagement on all areas of risk and business continuity, ensuring there is a thorough review of all security policies, procedures and processes within a client’s building.
Our Counter-terrorism consultant – formerly the Head of Counter-Terrorism for the City of London Police - provides high-level counter-terrorism consultancy to our clients. This knowledge and advice is an invaluable resource in the development of security procedures concerning counter-terrorism.
All employees are consistently developed and up-skilled through our own in-house Axis Academy. From customer service through to mental health awareness courses, employees will receive professional learning and development training to motivate, engage, and ensure outstanding levels of service to clients.
